How the fee is calculated
Base rate for your delivery zone, plus a per-pound handling charge on the total shipping weight of your cart.
When delivery is free
Each zone has a free-delivery threshold. Reach it and the fee drops to $0 automatically at checkout.
When it arrives
Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT on a business day are dispatched the same day.

Frequently asked questions
We take the base rate for the zone your state belongs to, then add a per-pound charge multiplied by the total shipping weight of your cart. If your order subtotal reaches your zone's free-delivery threshold, the whole fee is waived.
Alaska and Hawaii are served by our extended zone with longer delivery windows. We currently do not ship to US territories or PO boxes.
Yes, as long as the order has not yet been dispatched. Contact us with your order number and we will update it.
Every status change triggers an email with a link to your tracking page. You can also enter your order number and email on the track order page at any time.
Exchanges are free for 30 days, one per order. Contact support with your order number and the size you need — if it is in stock we will reserve it and send return instructions at the same time.
Return anything within 30 days of delivery, unworn and with tags attached, for a full refund. There is no restocking fee. Refunds are processed within five business days of the parcel arriving back with us.
